We created an event and I’m trying to update the requirements that are planned to be completed on it. I clicked on “Manage Advancement” and selected “2nd Class” and clicked “Set.” Then I clicked on “Second Class” so I could indicate which requirements will be completed on this event, and the box comes up saying “loading …” but it never loads, no matter how patient I am. I tried using both Edge and Chrome, but it never loads (I am on a Windows computer). I waited two days and tried again, but it still won’t load. Is there something else I should do? Thanks!
This has been a problem for since last weekend. Messages have been sent to the help desk and hopefully it will be resolved soon.
