Hello again,
Thank you for your response. Please find the parent’s membership IDs below.
Parent Membership ID #1: 14462329 (Ohio address)
Parent Membership ID #2: 14462328 (Current address which is connected to his son)
That Ohio address was the parent’s residence when he was no longer a boy scout and when he was a working adult. It seems that Ohio number did not connect with his son’s Scoutbook.com info so he created the second one.
Have a look at them and let us know what you think. We don’t care about the Ohio address but if there is anything important connected to the son then maybe a merge is needed. We are not sure. The son earned the Tiger and Wolf ranks so far. He is working on the Bear rank right now.
Thank you for your help, Aivy
@AivyNavarro This parent has 4 BSA member ID numbers:
- 14462329 - This BSA member ID number has the parent “relationship” (at my.Scouting) needed to renew his child’s membership.
- 110051111
- 14462328
- 14804896
He might be able to renew his Scout’s membership now.
The parent has some weird “relationships”, where he is somehow “father of” and “son of” his child.
I recommend that he contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his child. In the “Relationships” tab / section, I recommend that they temporarily remove the parent completely, then add him back only under the parent’s primary BSA member ID number: 14462329.
