Then a Unit Participant in MTC 532 like 3 weeks ago - but UP is odd as that is for youth that have aged out but are still considered you.
Have a leader that merged two BSA IDs and then lost access to Scoutbook. The user’s primary member ID is NCAC 12656021. Scoutbook admin was NCAC 128890980 before the merge. Their admin cannot resolve. Can you move Scoutbook to 12656021? User is Kristen Whitaker NCAC (082) GMD (023).

I have a parent in Scoutbook that has two accounts - one is registered to our Troop, and the other is linked to her Scout each with different member IDs. I would like to see if I can get the accounts merged so there is only one account in our roster.

I am also having a duplicate BSA number issue. I have an original # 127675934 and then when I became the advancement chair for our Troop I was assigned another number #134431120. I am the advancement chair with 3 groups within Pathway to Adventure Council: Pack 341, Troop 385 B, and Troop 385 G. It has just been resently that I have to log into My.scouting to switch my id number to log out to log back into Scout book to switch between each groups advancment. The Pack & boys troop appear to be under my original number and the girls troop is under the new number. I used to only have problems when entering items into internet advancement for service, camping and hiking, but now it is making entering things into Scoutbook a pain. Because of all the logging in and logging out that I have to do.

The scout (BSA ID 14532668, SB ID 12996855) is now in a Tiger Den. Does it still need to “synch”?
@RussellPittman it is 2 different accounts with 2 different DOB - I will combine to one but you will need to check DOB
