@JenniferOlinger
The same - just my youngest sonās information under my personal information.
Try an incognito window. There may be cached data in your primary window. What we see in the DB is your information.
@EdDavignon
I tried that - it shows the same thing - my sonās info under my personal.
@KarmenTemple Please ask your local council to submit a help ticket to National on your behalf.
You should see both yourself and your son listed in āMy Applicationsā.
Thank you @edavignon and @JenniferOlinger for working with Karmen. She is talking with our registrar now.
Another problem - an ASM w/ T82 with duplicate accounts - registered under 14155719, but did YPT under a different number. Please manage his MIDs.
I sent you a private message because I need some information that we do not want posted publicly. Click on the green circle with white D in the upper right of your forum window.
Hi Yāall,
I have a registered adult with MID 12344617. He is wondering if someone can track down his youth MIDs and manage them for him.
He started as a Cub Scout in Mount Rainier Council, transferred to Denver Area Council, moved up to Boy Scouts, transferred to Trans Atlantic Council, then back to DAC where he earned Eagle. Now as an adult he is registered in Adventure West Council.
@DougWright I found his Eagle one is all - but put it under management for him
Thank you ā¦ ā¦ ā¦ ā¦ ā¦
I have two accounts that I believe are duplicates. The changed councilās and canāt access their scoutbook accounts anymore.

They are husband and wife and are now in the indian waters council.
Thanks for all you do!
Let me know if you need any other info.
@CurtAlphonso not sure that is enough info - are those the new or old MIDs? We need both for the same person
Iām looking into this. The sonās account was properly located by the system and not duplicated.
I found 2 MIDs for the father.
I only found 1 account searching for the mother with her last name and DOB. There is an account with the fatherās name but the motherās DOB.
Iām going to send you a private message so we can discuss details. Look for a green envelope on top of the yellow circle with white C in the upper right corner of the forum screen.
thanks, let me know if I need to request more info from them. The father is registered with us, but I donāt think the mother is, but we want her to be.
I believe they moved from Texas if that helps any
I have leader who uses BSA#14422171. He shows up twice though under his sons name, with a BSA #14496323 also. Can we delete or close the BSA#14496323?
I also have a 2nd leader who we have been having issues with. He has at least 2 BSA numbers. One that is attached to his current scout son(Derek), # 14760130 and the other that is attached to his oldest son(Aiden) who is no longer in scouting #12487703. This number is the one he did YPT under. He is also an Eagle Scout out of somewhere in Utah (so possibly has a 3rd BSA#). He says he cannot access the 14760130. He says they are both attached to the same gmail account, but can only see Aiden. We need him to see Derek and his training to be attached to #14760130.
@CaitlinCornell this is fixed
@CaitlinCornell this is fixed - the user name is everything before the @ of the email
. Her primary ID is 119953693, and the second ID is 119953175. She is registered in multiple units (a boys troop and girls troop). I appreciate any help that you can provide.
