I am unable to advance my dens and the years been over almost a month. I always used the legacy version as there has never been an easy or clear way on here.

@JohnBurns6 you also need to look at Youth Protection - you took the refresher course without ever taking the Full course - so you have not completed Youth Protection and you are not currently registered because of that.
That could be part of it, although I took both before the deadline, and show as certifies when I sign in. But I have never been able to roll forward in the new version.
That “how to” doesn’t explain it to me. How do I move my Webelos to AOL, according to what that states, I have to create a new AOL den and unassign my scouts from their current den and reassign to the new den?
@JohnBurns6 It looks like you took the old Youth Protection Training in 2024, then you took the new Safeguarding Youth Training 20 minute refresher course. You have to take the full 90-minute SYT course before you are eligible to take the Refresher.
@JohnBurns6 - go to the roster and click on den in the red bar which will set the scouts in den groups. In the blue bar for the webelos click the pencil to the left of the word edit. This will bring up the edit window. Click the down chevron in the den level box and select Arrow of Light. The scroll down and click save and close
Well, the training didn’t register, cause I sat through both the 20 and 90, there was s*it ton of confusion between emails stating which to take. So I sat through the 90 from 5/31 into 6/1.
Perfect reason to step back and let someone else volunteer for the headache.
I only have that option for 2 of my dens, as Cubmaster I should have it for all.
Without being registered, all expectations of the interface working as intended are moot. You will likely need someone from those dens or the other key three to roll them forward until your registration is once again active.
