Roster has grayed out boxes next to each kids name so it inaccessible to me to as a MB ASM to connect kids to MBC, and open MB’s and do anything related to my role. We have spent 6 months fixing bugs in trying to get me access to MBC, and now I finally have it but can’t connect to the scouts. The SM has given me as many permissions as possible. The problem is the grayed out boxes next to each name. How does this get changed?

Most likely the scoutmaster should have given you unit support as a functional role with advancement permissions.
