When printing the roster it shows us the nickname of the scout, this is usually what we need, but we would like an option to print a proper name listing.
For example, we have an ASM and a Scout with the same proper first and last name (father and son). Thomas Smith. The scout goes my Randy Smith, but his proper name is Thomas Smith.
We like the use of the nicknames for features like seeing who emails were sent, but when we need to print something more formal, there is not a way to pull this report out of Scoutbook, we have to go to my.scouting.org. Causing too many steps for what should be a simple process.
