“Who is going” is really key for an event, especially camping.

For the leaders - to quickly see who, if health forms are updated, etc.

For scouts - it influences if they will go.

I’m looking at event RSVP and sign up. Is it accurate to get this list you have to run the report?

It would be a big improvement IMO if the list of people who have RSVP’ed yes, no or maybe (vs. no replies) was shown right on the event page.
It would also be a huge help if either the report or the event page directly highlighted issues like expired health forms.

Yeah, legacy Scoutbook had a great way of showing who was going and not to everyone. Scouts could see their friend was going and want to go. Or if their friend wasn’t going, but they wanted to, they’d text them to say “come on and go!”

another aspect that is key in the event RSVP is contact info for the adult leaders.

Another thing that other services do which is a serious nice to have is rider arrangement. Who is driving, how many seats do they have, and it can help you coordinate the logistics of getting scouts to and fro.

The adult contact details being listed is very important to me because it allows parents who are not attending to have a fast way to look up and reach out to adults who are there at the event if needed.
I suspect some “regular” parents might not have access to the RSVP report at all. They need to be able to see at least the adults attending and their phone contact info.
