RSVP Report including 'Maybe's from non-invited people

Steps to reproduce.

  1. Create an event which allows RSVPs.
  2. RSVP ‘Maybe’ for several people.
  3. Edit the event and remove those people from the invitee list.
  4. Bring up the RSVP Report.

Expected behavior:
People who previously RSVP’d but were later removed from the invitee list are not included in the RSVP counts.

Observed behavior:
People who previously RSVP’d ‘Maybe’ but were later removed from the invitee list are still included in the ‘Maybe’ RSVP counts.

I did not test for all combinations of ‘Yes’, ‘No’, and ‘Maybe’ being removed from the invitee list, so those cases should probably be tested along with the ‘Maybe’ case.
