Safe Swim Defense stuck at 90% 'Resume' status

Hi, I completed the Safe Swim Defense at least twice, if not more, while it has been stuck in the 90% Complete ‘Resume’ status. I need the course for scout camp. My helpful district training chair gave me credit for the course but training.scouting.org still has the 90% Complete. I am unable to Unenroll and try to take the course either.

Following up on Stephen’s remarks, the reason that the council professional staff needs to report it is that the team supporting the training modules do not take bug reports from the SUAC volunteers, only from council professionals.
