Safeguarding Youth Training shows complete but then shows 50%. when researching it shows completed on My Trainings. In many cases users have completed the training multiples times trying to get it 100%. Please verify the same to avoid issues for end users.
@HiramRodriguez- not sure i understand the point of the post. Is this related to your training? Beyond that the my.scouting.org team nor the training group are on the forums
The issue is happening to many leaders re-taking the SYT where the issue should be reported?
@HiramRodriguez Please ask your local council to submit a help ticket to National.
Include screenshots, if possible, so they know where users are seeing the 50% / 100%.
I assume this is the old course (not the new 15 minute one - which I have not seen released yet)?
Or could it be the Spanish version?
Happened to me too in English.
Unfortunately, the team that supports the training modules only takes bug reports from the council professional staff. As suggested above by Jennifer, including any screenshots and even webpage URL in your bug report to the council (for them to pass along to national) should help that team locate the bug (and ideally make issuing a fix faster).
