We have a 1st grader (birthday 8/29/2015), that is having trouble registering online. The system is making their address lines “red” and won’t let them submit, but the address is correct. Could this be because he is a 7 year old first grader?

Are you watching what the parent is doing? The most common issue is the parent entering their scout’s info when they should enter theirs and vice versa. When it says you or your, that means the parent.

This is a very normal situation. A very high percentage of first graders turn 7 while in first grade. That should not be the issue.

They were able to resolve by switching to Chrome browser.

What browser where they originally using?
