FYSA Reporting a glitch for awareness - and the fix that resolved it.
Earlier this week, I added 5 Eagle palms to a Scout with the correct date earned. Today, on the Scout’s landing page in SB, it showed 7 palms - two extra palms dated 10/20/24. When I navigated down to the Scout’s Advancements, it correctly showed 5 palms - 3 dated correctly and 2 dated 10/20/24. The extraneous bronze and silver palms were also visible in the Needs Purchasing report and the Scout’s profile on SB Plus.
In SB, I edited the two palms dated 10/20/24 to remove the dates and the approvals, saved each. Upon refresh, everything now correctly shows 5 palms with the correct dates.
