SB duplicate account issue

My kid crossed over as AOL and is now showing two accounts in SB (pack + troop). Can member ID 14369326 (pack) be merged into 141776629 (troop), or otherwise archived/removed? We remain in the same council so unsure why number changed but assume accidently a new account was created.

Additionally, can the last name of my other kid (14369201) be updated to be the same as everyone else in our family? Missing space etc. is causing issues with signups and finding kid by name.

@Dennisvan_Bruggen is SB this is fixed - Council modified the last name - so Maybe should check and correct that with council if needed

@Dennisvan_Bruggen I would recommend asking your local council to fix the last name. The other parent’s last name is the same, so they can fix that at the same time.
