Just realized that SB+ messaging has removed the ability to email BOTH parents connected with a youth, unless both parents are leaders within the Troop. Legacy made it easy to keep both parents informed, and we are having hiccups due to this change.
It still works fine @ChelsyHouy - where are you experiencing this?
Looking closer (took someone else’s word for it) and it appears the problem may be that some parents dropped in the conversion. What are the steps to re-add the parent child relationship?
Alot of the Legacy parents were fake. Now they have to be official.
