SB+ Online Payment Onboarding Issue

5) Troop 318 Minsi Trails Council
I am trying to set up the online payment acceptance for Troop 318. I already set this up for our other Troop 3193. However with Troop 318 I am not moving from the “Staged” to the “Create Stripe Account” status. SB+ has reminded in the “Staged” status for over 7 days. As shown Below. @AneysaFeliciano you need to contact your council registrar and ask them to create a National Membercare ticket for the issue
