I have a scout who just moved in to the area. We were able to put him into the system, but now he has 5 duplicate accounts (all identical) and his mother is listed in his accounts 4 times!! How do we get rid of the all the duplicates?

I am having a similar problem with 2 scouts. In the individual dens the scouts are listed only once but in the full roster they are both listed twice. How do I get it down to one name on the full roster? Thanks
go to Dashboard > My Account > My Connections > is the Scout there twice? if so you somehow have 2 connections - you can delete one
