I have an adult partner TA # 141342751 who registered his cub scout through my.scouting, but he cannot login to Scoutbook because he’s given a very long, strange user id related to apple. Any chance you can make his my.scouting account info the same as his Scoutbook account. He wants to sign up as a leader, but can’t until he can merged.
@CarrieKnapp the user has Sign in with Apple on - he needs to click that to sign in
