Our troop is utilizing Zoom to host weekly patrol meetings, and we send out reminder emails via Scoutbook.
One Scout, who joined the troop three months ago, no longer appears with his patrol, not even the troop roster. His parents are not visible either.
As the Scoutmaster and one of the troop admins, I still am “connected” to the Scout when looking through “My Connections,” but his parents are completely gone from our database. His membership is said to have ended today, April 15, 2020. I have no idea why he and his parents just disappeared from our current roster.

Is there a note in his troop membership? Is he on your roster in Member Manager at my.scouting.org? If he is not on the Member Manager roster you will need to contact your council. You can add him back for another 90 days by setting the start date on his membership in Scoutbook to today. You can either create a new membership or clear the end date from his existing membership.

I checked the Member Manager and he is not on that list, so I will follow up with our local council.
