Scout book MB not feeding to PO or showing on record

I entered in 11 merit badges for Digital Technology
Only 8 fed to the PO. They are not showing on the PO or their record. Can anyone help?

Please post the BSA member number of one or more Scouts that has the issue. (No names, please)

Also, confirm they are leader approved and not marked awarded.

@CherLepre - could you explain the not on their record part?

Did you use quick entry from the feature assistant? Are you an MBC or a unit leader? Sometimes it takes a while to update when you use quick entry so wait a while and check again before re-entering anything to ensure a scout doesn’t receive duplicates.
