My scout has never been able to log in on her own to Scoutbook. I see her on my account, but I don’t see how to resend her a link, or get her hooked back to Scoutbook.
Ideas?
Did you invite her from your account already?
Yes. She’s trying to reset her password, but when I send her an email, it doesn’t contain the link. When she tries to reset her password, it doesn’t send it to her email.

Please provide her bsa member number (no names).
Have you tried resetting the password at my.scouting? You should be able to reset it using the chatbot (“Betty”) and her BSA member number.
