Scout Dropped off SB Roster and lost all leader connections

have a cub 12970048 dropped off unit roster in SB still there in MYSct Looked at them in VST and they have no connections to any leaders. Tried to sync them without luck. Can one of you Wizards take a look? I am sure you can fix but what also love to know how it broke.
