We have a mom who has been messing with her scout’s profile and advancements and in doing so, the scout dropped from our scoutbook. She is still in my.scouting, and I tried updating my profile from my admin position to bring it back (it worked the other 3 times mom changed stuff and she was dropped), but now it no longer works. She is dual registered with 2 troops, and we can see her still listed in that troop from scoutbook, but not ours.
what is the BSA# and we can take a look
