Hello, i have a scout #136604250 who keeps dropping off scoutbook roster, but shows up on my.scouting.org., when it drops him he shows back up on a old troop he used to be in across the country in pacific northwest region. Any help is appreciated! I am pretty new to this whole world, and sidenote-council could not help me with this.
@JeffreyKyker that is the wrong BSA# - the correct one for your unit is 140863927. I set a 24 hour sync to bring scout back and corrected the account. Should be good after that.
I was told 140863927 was his old troop in PNW area, and 136604250 was new id# for current troop in North Alabama. Do we have those numbers switched by mistake on our end?
927 is Alabama - a key 3 can look at my.scouting roster
