Scout 132026782 has 2 parents connected on his account. Both are the same person and were merged by the council registar but somehow they are still listed separate on scouts scoutbook account. It’s showing the wrong name on his eagle application when made by scoutbook. How to fix? Correct parent is 130301170.
Do you mean that it’s using the nickname for the parent?
@SondraWilson that is how it is in the Scouts Record. It does not effect the Eagle App. But Council registrar could clean it up in Registrar Tools.

You can just manually edit the Eagle Scout Rank Application form. Or you can ask the council Registrar to remove the one with the wrong name as a “Relationship” to the Scout.
I cannot recall if the names are in editable forms or not
Pretty sure parent names and names of references are editable.

That is not how it works - they are both still parent of the scout

@SondraWilson The local council needs to use their Registrar Tools to remove the Relationship to the member ID number with the wrong name.
