Scout got removed from Scoutbook+

A Scout transferred from another council is listed on our my.scouting roster, but fails to populate in Scoutbook/advancements(advacements.scouting.org). Donovan McNeil in this forum matched and merged the profiles, but she is dropped again during a subsequent sync. Has anyone found a permanent fix for this?

Yes she is active only on one coucil now.

it is like the system thought she expired or something - I setup a 24 hour sync

Thank You, Donovan. Previously, she had two profiles 141540003 and 142035781. I have no idea what the 141540003 profile is pointing to now.
