I am a Skipper and Ship Admin for our ship. I have a scout that is 18+ that shows in the list of scouts but is greyed out but when I click on the name it says I am not connected to the scout. When I click connect it says I am connected to all scouts in the unit.
+18s sometimes cause issues - try going to ship > roster > click your name > click admin and update
