Scout has Disappeared from my roster

Hello,

A scout has vanished off my roster, 142131142. She is still very much a member but I can’t access her profile to update advancement. She shows up when I run reports but her first name is now misspelled. None of my adult leaders or the scout’s parents have made any profile changes.

@JulieWilliamson1 that MD (initials AM) has no registration history. She is in T773G in Legacy Scoutbook - but she is not registered. Key 3 can look at roster in my.scouting.org to see this.

@JulieWilliamson1 it is the wrong member # - should be 141228152 - Scout made a sign in and messed things up - let me look at it to fix

Thank you so much for your assistance! She did at one point have a second account so maybe that it what this stems from. That PDF is great! I’m going to send that to the whole troop!

@JulieWilliamson1 The Scout’s first name was spelled slightly different on the 2 member ID numbers (one “i” vs. two “ii”). I would recommend having the family double-check the spelling.

If it needs to be corrected, the local council can fix it.
