Scout History Report for Scout using id

Hi, trying to pull a scout history report for a scout that dropped end of 2025, they are requesting their list of volunteer hours with scouts. I use to do this all the time to look up dropped scout data, but that was in the old system. Has something changed?

@KristaHolmes The Scout’s last name is hyphenated. You need to use the full last name.

Thanks, just figured out her name changed, it was not hyphenated in 2023 on our recharter.
