Scout in my.scouting but not Scoutbook roster?

I can see my son on my.scouting.org registered with his Troop (970) but he does not appear on the roster in Scoutbook.

Hi there! Not currently, but was while we were evacuated and in theory will be when we move back. We are back in Doha and he is active with 970 currently Can he only be on one roster in Scoutbook?

The issue is every council is a new Member #. and a Scoutbook user only supports one Member #. I will switch it to the current member # and you should be good to go.

And you used different Middle name on the applications.

Thank you! I do see him on the correct roster now.

I did verify his middle name is correct on the application so I’m confused about that. Who should I reach out to in order to have it fixed? TIA!
