running the youth leadership positions does not pick up all of the positions. Does not show the SPL which should be with the Chaplain Aid position or does it only show one? also does not show SPL in the roster view. See screenshots below.

where do I find the Needs to be approved? I am key3 delegate and have access. Just cant find it.
Fabulous, that worked and no it was not showing approved. The green check is for pending, blue approved. Will pass this on to the Advancement Chair for future.
another question on this. When adding another scout into a position there was no place to approve. When checking in the scouts profile it showed it approved. So how does a position get posted without approval? Done by the scout? Then where would it show up for approval. I am not able to find a “needs approval” report.
@TammieZemler - where you adding the leadership position in scoutbook plus on the youth profile page ? The needs approval report no longer exists. It is in the advancement tab from the roster and it is called To Approve. It is in the image I posted above
Do not do anything in legacy scoutbook
Leadership can be entered on the scout profile page, unit quick entry or via the advancement page To Record. The approve check box is not automatically checked when adding from the scout profile page. The Quick Entry and To record have the approval automatically selected.
