SUAC requested: I have a Scout that was invited by parents to connect to Scoutbook and when he tries to login with his email and password provided the grey circle with spinning blue just keeps going and going. They tried to login on several devices, then provided me with email and password as well to confirm. User ID: 11782931 BSA ID: 134053792. I can supply email and password in private message if needed. After fixing, any feedback to understand the cause would be great. Thanks!
