I have a Scout who appears in our my.scouting roster, but is not showing in Scoutbook+. My Council said they do not have administrative access to correct Scoutbook issues and I needed to reach out to the forum.
His member ID is 132496139
While I was looking into this issue, I went into legacy Scoutbook and he was showing there and noted that the number above was his prior member ID and his current Member ID is 142292198
I hope this information will help to restore access to his data in Scoutbook+

If a Scout/Family is trying to make a Scout login I suggest they use this PDF
No, they should only be in our Troop.
And they are not trying to make an account. We need access to the Scout in Scoutbook+ to award them merit badges.
@PeterDeRosa it looks like they are in Patriots Path Crew 276 - please check with the family so we can get it fixed correctly
I checked with the scout’s family and he was added to that Crew for a Philmont trip he will be taking next year.
OK that is much simpler - they should be good to go - Patriots path crew will have a new user in 24 hours.
