Scout not showing as registered

My son is currently not showing up as registered scout on the roster. I emailed my council and they said that he is registered on their end of scoutbook but could not do anything to change his status on scoutbook plus.

A few months ago I had the same issue with his brother. This forum helped fix it for his brother.

Can I get help with my second son please?

@AaronSchmidt1 I have fixed the Scout in Scoutbook, although you might need to wait up to 24 hours. I have asked the developers to create a Scoutbook account for him in the other council.
