Scout not synced with unit

I have a scout that was added to our unit through council. The scout isn’t synced, but the registrar says that he is in the system. It says that **** has not been matched with a scout in your unit’s official roster. I’m not sure what to do next.

If the Scout is registered, then go to the Scout’s Membership page in Scoutbook:

  1. Then click on his current membership with his den or patrol.
  2. Uncheck the box next to Position Approved.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Then click on the membership again.
  5. Check the box next to Position Approved.
  6. Click Update.
