A scout in my troop (Member ID: 14036458, Troop 65, Cascade Pacific Council) has his First Class rank requirement #13 set to completed (Board of Review) and I cannot seem to undo it. This has happened despite the fact that he hasn’t even completed his Tenderfoot. The system reads that I somehow marked this off, but I am pretty sure that I never touched it. I can’t seem to back out the change. I called my local council, but they told me to come here. Can I get some assistance?
What happens when you try to delete the BOR date for First Class?
There is no date. The Approved checkbox is selected, but when I deselect it I am unable to save that change. If I hover over the dropdown arrow in the right, there appears to be some system set date from last November, but I can’t seem to back it out.
OK, I’ll get with the developers on this.
The developers have fixed this issue. They would like to know if you import your advancement from a 3rd party tool since there are multiple validations that would have had to fail to get FC 13 into this state.
No third party tools in play. I noticed that my name was attached to this action, but I’m positive I didn’t initiate this. I have no idea how this happened.
