A transfer scout from Flint River Council to Transatlantic Council is showing as a Scout with no advancement records. His MID in FRC was 130642646 and his TAC MID current is 13838697. How can we remedy so that his advancement shows in Scoutbook, since he is currently a Life Scout?
@SarahNorman This should be fixed.
A new Scoutbook account was created, because the Scout was registered with middle name in new council, no middle name in old council.
