Hi good evening sorry to bother you guys every time I try to add a kid bsa membership number as a Mbc in scoutbook it’s saying that the scout information doesn’t match any records and I know am entering in the information correct and it’s the only kids number am having trouble with

@m20134 - nobody on the forums can do that. The scoutmaster of the unit should be able to connect you to the scout.

@m20134 - there are folks who have a hyphen in their last name but typically the member database does not use the hyphen.
lastname-lastname can be in the system as lastname lastname
@m20134 For example, let’s say:
Scout’s last name is Smith-Brown (example only), but it’s in the database as Smith Brown.
You would need to search for the Scout using last name: Smith Brown.
