A Scoutmaster inadvertently removed a Scout from their roster. How do we get Scout youth member 135564645 back on the Scoutbook/Scoutbook Plus roster? Is there a way to do this on the Council level? It happens quite often.
@HeatherDunton The local council can use the Volunteer Support Tools to find the user in Scoutbook and then Sync from Person Record → Positions. The position sync might take up to 24 hours.
