# Scout shows up in Scoutbook and my.scouting but NOT Scoutbook+/IA

There’s a scout in my troop that shows up on our [my.scouting.org](http://my.scouting.org) roster and shows up in Scoutbook, but does not show up in Scoutbook+/IA.

I think this is probably because he transferred recently, and I don’t think he transferred correctly.  
my.scouting BSA ID is 140843780  
Scoutbook shows  
current BSA ID is 140160311  
“previous BSA Member ID” (which is supposed to be his current BSA ID is 140843780

I see that he appears to currently have two registrations (one with our current troop, and one in a previous troop in CA.

If I end his membership with his old troop, would that revert 140843780 to be his current BSA ID, and would he then properly show up in SB+?

@SteveFerguson is easy to clean up - BUT it is a little confusing - his old California membership has been renewed for 2025 it looks like (and that messed up the SB account for you.). Is the scout in both units?

No. He moved/doesn’t live in CA anymore.
