I have a Scout still showing in Scout Book this is not connected to my unit. This Scouts name is floating without a Den and not allowing me to assign to a Den. When I click the Scouts name I get a box stating “You are currently not connected to the Scout” . This has been sent to National to be checked in but they are saying he is connected on their end with BSA. Is there another process I should know about when a Scout transfers from another Pack with Scoutbook?
Please give us the Scout’s BSA Member ID (we don’t need a name) and we will look into it.
You could also go to unit page > click roster > click your name > click your admin position > Update - that will connect you
It does not allow me to see the the Scouts personal ID just the Scouts Name? This was a transfer during Recharters. Parent didn’t know his Member ID number.

I just messed up, I clicked on his name the box opened and somehow i clicked it by mistake remove Scout? I was carfully trying not to do that all this time since its so easy to do. What do I do now?
