We have a scout that turned 18 and is trying to register as an adult to be an ASM. she is having trouble logging into my.scouting.org to take the ypt. She has entered her ID and birthdays bit the system says she doesn’t exist. Council doesn’t know how to fix it. Any ideas on how to get her logged in so she can take the youth protection training?
