Scout unable to access anything but Adminstration (no message, events or reports)

There is a scout in our troop when logging in can only see Adminstration. He is unable to see Events, Messages or Reports). We have logged him in with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Any help would be appreciated.

@LisaJohnson - if the scout clicks on administration what happens?

He should also check the bsa member ID in his profile. Does it match that on your official roster? My suspicion is he may have a duplicate account.
