Scout with erroneous eagle rank approved in 1964

I have a scout who has their eagle rank erroneously entered and we can’t delete it. Scout is currently a life scout. requirement 7 in eagle rank says completed in 1964.

@JohnSchulke1 - this would be something that that registrar should be able to remove that date as it is only councils that can enter it.

@JohnSchulke1 that scouts relationships are also messed up - he is father of himself - registrar should clean that up too.
