Scoutbook doesn’t recognize our troop number

Hi, all - I’m an Assistant Scoutmaster and Merit Badge Counselor. A few months ago, I added a few more MBs, and was approved for them. But any time either I or the Scoutmaster tries to add them to my profile in Scoutbook, it says our troop number is not found. I am definitely following the right format. Who do I contact to get this fixed?

Well all this is about to change with MBCs - BUT you need to make sure an Admin APPROVES the MBC position (green shield) so make sure that is in place first
