Hello, near the end of the season in June, I stopped being able to send messages at all from Scoutbook Plus. The dev console reports it is because my user ID is blocked from sending, though I have all permissions.
Add recipients, add message, click send, appears to attempt to send, then hangs and returns to message. Never sends.
This occurs with any number of recipients, on any browser, in incognito, and with and without attachments.
Somone please help! We are about to start the season again for fall and I need to be able to contact the pack. TYIA!

I have a theory it is because you are a Key 3 and also have the functional role of Committee Secretary and the system is getting confused. I’m going to ask the developers to look into this. Please do not make any changes to your positions until they have a chance to look.

Any update here? I’d like to get this resolved as it is relatively urgent I send messages to the pack.

Okay - in that case then I’m not going to wait around, I’ll try your theory, change my roles and see if it works.
@BradHall - the removal of the secretary functional role will be effective 24 hours after you remove it.
Your registered position as Cubmaster already gives you access to almost all permissions, so you don’t need any of those. You can end all of them and then wait 24 hours.
Yes - if you are a Key 3 - the only Functional Position that can add anything is the CORD position
