Scoutbook error - another user using the same email address

Hello:

My Scoutbook is showing an error when I login that another user is using the same email. Also, my oldest son is not showing in my account so I can’t renew his application. How do I get my two accounts merged?

@RobbieHonious your daughter had your email on her account - I removed that

On renewal - either your Scouts unit needs to add the relationship under SB+ - or the current Council needs to add the relationship
