When I generated a PO for awards, the data for some MB emblems (patches) had the wrong SKU. The listed SKU was for the MB pamphlet (book). With our local scout shop closed, this caused a big issue, since National shipped what was on the report without double checking that it matched the description. Specificity, Scouting Heritage and Digital Technology were listed wrong, but I’m sure the are not the only bad references.
