Hello,

My name is (removed by Moderator), and I am the SPL of Troop 34B

I am logged in to my Brother’s Account to post this message.

I am not able to log into my Scoutbook account or my. scouting, as it says invalid credentials; this was not a problem a couple of months prior. I have tried an incognito window, Password Reset, and more. My brother on the same computer can log in to his account

I have reached out to (removed by Moderator), who has reset my password from their side. And it still said invalid credentials.

Please help me to fix this; as a recent Eagle Scout, I need to check if all my information on there is correct.
