Scoutbook “my family” doesn’t appear

We have a committee member and mother who has signed up for Scoutbook but doesn’t see the “My Family” section where her son would be.

I went into the roster and her son’s profile, connections and linked him to his mother but she still doesn’t see his profile or the “My Family” section.



  1. Parent connection needs to be reset.

  2. Parent / leader has duplicate Scoutbook account.


Since you have already reset the parent’s connection to her son, I suspect it is a duplicate account issue. I have sent you a private message so we can collect the information we need to investigate. Click on the pick circle with white S in the upper right corner of your forum screen.
